Please use this form to upload your artwork. The file size limit is 100Mb any artwork larger needs to be saved to a disk and posted to: Coe Design Please be patient as large files may take some time to upload. Do not close this window until you are redirected to the completed page where you will be able to view your uploaded file. There is a brief overview of our file specs below, if unsure you are able to supply artwork to the correct specs you may contact us with any questions through our contact page. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU NAME YOUR FILE WITH A NAME WHICH REFLECTS THE JOB eg. davesbakerycards.pdf trying to avoid names such as cards.pdf or 123.pdf this will help us find your file more efficiently. |
| Most of our printed products require a bleed to allow for variations in the print/guillotine process. Perfect accuracy cannot be guaranteed which is why we suggest to avoid using full borders which are too close to the trimmed area. All sizes are displayed on the product info pages.
To set up your artwork to thw correct size add a 2.5mm bleed to the displayed size. This means your artwork size should be 5mm bigger than your finished size (remember this area gets trimmed).
PDF files are now industry standard. All raster files should be saved at 300ppi and in CMYK. All artwork should have fonts converted to outlines or curves. We accept files via email, CD or uploading through our site (preferred). A number of Desktop publishing programs are available, some more suited to our process than others. We choose to use the Adobe suite for all artwotk produced in house. If you are using another program that is fine provided the above specs are obtained. Any artwork sent to us which is not ready for print will not get printed and you will recieve a notification email. If you require us to edit any artwork a fee will be charged. If you are unsure about providing artwork to these specs you are more than welcome to select the "I need you to design it for me" option on the product info page when placing your order or alternatively purchasing a graphic design order in the graphic design section of our website. We send low resolution electronic proofs for all artwork before going to print, so you can be sure you are getting exactly what you want. Of course if you have any questions you can contact us through our "Contact us" page. |
